End Of Week Five

Well, from Tuesday on I stuck to my new meal plan, but I took TWO cheat days this week (Saturday AND the Monday holiday), but in spite of my weakness I am semi-happy with the results this week. I baked cookies on Monday, and boy did I cheat!  But I resisted eating them the rest of the week.  I've only lost one pound this week.  I'm going to try and get back on track, and cheat only one day each week! I'll only be tracking my progress every two weeks from now on.


End of week 5 ~ 8 pounds lighter, 57 pounds more to go!
